It is hand-sculpted in isomalt and set on a Japanese chocolate chiffon cake, with a silver-painted Belgian chocolate chain. Every element is edible, and we hand-sculpt each piece in our London atelier.

Created for a returning client who commissions a cake each year for their son’s birthday, this bespoke design reflects both continuity and individuality.
This year’s brief featured a confetti chiffon cake layered with American buttercream, finished with soft green and blue marbling to subtly reference George from Peppa Pig — added as a topper.
The result is a clean, contemporary design that balances playful inspiration with a refined aesthetic.

Designed to celebrate three birthdays in one unforgettable moment, this bespoke cake brought together bold colour, movement, and playful storytelling.
The design featured a rich chocolate sponge layered with smooth buttercream, finished in deep blue tones and detailed with racing elements, Hot Wheels toppers, and checkered accents. Matching cupcakes were created alongside the cake, decorated in red and blue American buttercream to extend the theme across the celebration.
