A New Chapter From Mooies
Introducing The Lab
Not every celebration requires couture.
Created by the team behind Mooies Couture Cake House, The Lab is where imagination, flavour and everyday celebration meet.
A home for playful cakes, novelty creations, dessert collections and seasonal experiments — all made with the same attention to detail that defines the House of Mooies.
Multi award-winning cake atelier
The Lab by Mooies
Created by the team behind Mooies Couture Cake House, Mooies Lab is our playful retail collection dedicated to everyday celebrations, novelty cakes, dessert boxes and fresh-to-order treats.
While Mooies Couture Cake House focuses on couture commissions, luxury weddings, hospitality and private clients, Mooies Lab explores the lighter side of celebration — imaginative cakes, seasonal creations and desserts designed to be enjoyed, gifted and shared.
Handmade in Essex and delivered across London and selected UK locations, Mooies Lab offers a more relaxed way to experience the world of Mooies.
Why We Created The Lab
Over the years, clients regularly asked for cakes and desserts that sat outside the world of couture commissions.
Birthday cakes.
Novelty cakes.
Brownies.
Dessert boxes.
Playful seasonal creations.
Rather than placing these collections within Mooies Couture Cake House, we chose to create a dedicated home where creativity could be explored more freely while preserving the editorial and luxury focus of the atelier.
The result is Mooies Lab.
A place where flavour, design and imagination meet everyday celebration.
