The Private Atelier Experience invites clients into our creative world — a private, appointment-only journey where flavour, design, and craftsmanship are tailored to your story.
Whether hosted in our Essex atelier, your residence, or a partner venue, each session is a sensory immersion in the quiet luxury that defines Mooies.
What the Experience Includes
Your Private Appointment
Each session begins with a conversation — the story behind your occasion, your preferred flavours, textures, and style inspirations.
You’ll be welcomed with curated tastings, design sketches, and ingredient pairings selected just for you.
The Tasting
Taste a curated flight of seasonal and signature flavours — from Ube & White Chocolate to Coconut Pandan and Basque Cheesecake.
Each tasting is plated and presented with the care of fine dining, accompanied by notes from our head patissier.
The Design Consultation
We’ll translate your inspiration into a couture sketch and discuss finishing details — from piping and palette to floral notes and presentation style.
The Delivery Experience
Once commissioned, your piece is handcrafted in our atelier, then hand-delivered via Mooies White-Glove Service across London or nationwide.
International or destination commissions are managed by our Concierge Team in coordination with your planner.

Yes. Our Atelier Team travels for international commissions, coordinating directly with planners and venues to ensure seamless presentation on arrival.
05How far in advance should I book?
For wedding or couture commissions, we recommend scheduling your appointment at least 8–12 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date.
