Hummingbird Cake for Battersea Studios
The Brief
Battersea Studios requested an elegant, standout cake for an office celebration. The client wanted something distinctive, and Mooies’ Hummingbird Cake — rarely offered by UK bakeries — was chosen for its bold flavour profile and premium impression.
Our Creation
Mooies baked a 6-inch Hummingbird Cake — a layered banana-pineapple-spice cake with pecans and a delicate cream cheese-style frosting. The finishing was clean, modern, and restrained, letting the cake’s unique flavour speak for itself.
Delivery & Set-Up
We delivered the cake to Battersea Studios with full care and timing, ensuring it arrived intact and presented beautifully in the studio’s office setting.
