The Brief
A private client wanted to mark a happy occasion with her team — a new baby among colleagues — and chose Mooies' Hummingbird Cake to bring in and share, personalised with a "Baby G!" message on the day.
Our Creation
Mooies baked a 5" Hummingbird Cake: banana, pineapple, and pecan layers, finished with a smooth cream cheese-style frosting, and a personalised chocolate message marking the celebration.
Delivery & Set-Up
The cake was delivered directly to Penguin Random House's Embassy Gardens offices on the 6th floor, timed to arrive in time for the team celebration and in perfect condition to share.
