Holiday Inn Bloomsbury's team requested a distinctive birthday cake for a guest staying at the hotel, inscribed "Happy Birthday Bianca." The brief called for something elegant and unusual — a step beyond a standard hotel bakery cake — delivered to reception so the hotel team could present it themselves with discretion.
Our Creation
Mooies prepared a 12" Matcha Mille Crêpe Cake, built from delicate layers of crêpe and matcha-infused cream — an authentic Japanese dessert, refined and rare in the UK market — finished with the guest's personalised inscription.
Delivery & Set-Up
The cake was delivered directly to Holiday Inn Bloomsbury's reception, where the hotel team took over presentation, ensuring the guest's celebration felt seamless without any of the logistics behind it being visible.
