The Almond Vanilla Choux Bun pairs delicate structure with generous filling. A lightly almond-infused choux pastry is baked until crisp and golden, then filled abundantly with our signature Madagascan vanilla bean chantilly cream — rich, smooth, and aromatic.
Finished with finely chopped almonds for texture and balance, this choux is indulgent without heaviness. Each element is considered, measured, and handmade in-house.
