What is a chocolate Basque cheesecake?

The flavour is built with real Belgian chocolate throughout, not cocoa powder, delivering a deeper, glossier richness than a standard chocolate cheesecake. Integrated directly into the custard, the chocolate adds weight and warmth, balancing the tang of the cream cheese with genuine cocoa depth.
