Our Easter Egg Cake is a seasonal centrepiece designed with the Mooies signature balance of softness, structure, and quiet luxury.

At its core is a light, tender vanilla sponge — baked for a fine, even crumb and layered with smooth, delicate frosting that complements rather than overwhelms. The exterior is finished in soft spring tones, cleanly styled and intentionally minimal.

Nestled at the top are handcrafted Belgian chocolate eggs — made using 100% pure Belgian chocolate, free from palm oil and almond bark. Each egg is individually finished and positioned to create a sculptural focal point worthy of a spring table.
