Our Matcha Choux celebrates depth and restraint in equal measure. The choux pastry is delicately infused with premium matcha, baked until light and crisp, then filled to the brim with our house-made matcha chantilly cream.
The filling is smooth, aromatic, and balanced — allowing the natural bitterness of matcha to shine while remaining rounded and indulgent. Each bite delivers contrast: crisp pastry, airy cream, and a lingering, elegant finish.
