Product Description
Orange Nuage is built around contrast — brightness against depth, softness against structure.
The base is a fine Dutch-processed cocoa chiffon sponge, aerated for lift and infused with fresh orange zest and juice. A restrained touch of nutmeg adds warmth, while pure vanilla bean paste lends quiet sweetness to the citrus.
Each layer is finished with freshly whipped cream infused with real orange juice — never flavourings, never concentrates. The exterior is piped entirely by hand into rosette formations, creating a sculptural surface that feels romantic yet disciplined.
This is not a novelty chocolate orange cake.
It is citrus interpreted through couture technique.
