The Pandan Choux Bun is a lighter expression of our Pandan Short Lambeth Cake, capturing the same distinctive flavour and colour in choux form.

Each choux pastry is infused with natural pandan extract, baked until delicately crisp, and filled in abundance with our signature pandan chantilly cream. The cream is made in-house to a recipe exclusive to Mooies, offering a soft, aromatic finish that balances richness with freshness.

The colour comes entirely from natural pandan extract, with no artificial colouring used. These choux are released in limited quantities.
