The Strawberry Shortcake Eggs are a modern interpretation of the classic strawberry shortcake — reimagined for spring.
Each egg is hand-cast in our London atelier using premium white chocolate, creating a smooth outer shell with a clean, balanced sweetness.
Inside:
• Fresh strawberry cream
• Soft shortcake crumb
• Whole strawberry pieces
The result is a layered texture — soft sponge, cool cream, delicate chocolate shell — finished in restrained blush detailing.
These are not novelty Easter eggs.
They are seasonal confections, produced in small batches and designed for gifting.
