The Vanilla Short Lambeth Cake is an ode to restraint and precision. Three layers of Madagascan vanilla bean–infused chiffon sponge form the base — light, soft, and delicately aromatic. Each layer is filled with our signature vanilla Chantilly cream, made in-house using real Madagascan vanilla beans for depth and clarity of flavour.

Finished in our classic short Lambeth piping, this cake is intentionally understated — a study in texture, tone, and balance. Elegant without excess, it’s designed to complement any table with quiet confidence.
