Nama chocolate is made from chocolate and fresh cream (nama means “fresh” in Japanese), which gives it a silky texture that melts in the mouth. Each piece is made with Belgian white chocolate, fresh cream and unsalted butter, flavoured and coloured with natural ube powder, then set, cut into squares and finished by hand. White chocolate lets the ube flavour come through clearly, and the fresh cream gives the soft, smooth texture nama chocolate is known for.
