What Is a Chocolate Peanut Butter Chiffon Cake?
Our chocolate peanut butter cake is made with chiffon sponge, a light cake made with oil and whipped egg whites, which makes it softer and airier than a classic chocolate cake. Ours pairs Belgian cocoa chiffon with a peanut Swiss meringue buttercream, for the much-loved chocolate and peanut butter combination in a lighter, less heavy cake. Our couture take is finished with dark chocolate sails, shaped and tempered by hand.

What’s in Our Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake
The Belgian cocoa chiffon is made by folding whipped egg whites into an oil-based cocoa batter, which gives a soft, springy crumb that isn’t too sweet. Between each layer is our peanut Swiss meringue buttercream, whipped slowly until smooth, with a rounded peanut flavour that balances the cocoa. The cake is finished with clean, sharp edges and dark chocolate sails, which are tempered and shaped by hand in our London atelier. Everything, from the sponge to the decorations, is made in-house.
