- Cannelle Brûlée — Brown Sugar Cinnamon Cake: brown sugar sponge, cinnamon buttercream and a caramelised cinnamon sugar crust.
- Triple Layer Blackberry Cake: vanilla sponge with fresh blackberries, in season in the UK from August to October.
